“Dear ones count on you!” – Adrem

“Dear ones count on you!”

In September 2020, a year of the health crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we launched a campaign in which we placed the health of our employees and all our partners – customers, suppliers, members of the communities in which we operate. In a period full of challenges for our business, the professional and private lives of our employees, we considered it essential to remain loyal to the values we believe in and to act through them. The health and safety of all those who contribute to our business has been and remains a priority, as is building confidence in the fact that we are a responsible and involved business.
The campaign, which we continuously improved and continued to implement in the years that followed, had several key components:
  • Dozens of communications to all employees with information, actions and dedicated campaign materials (guides, posters, SSM stickers for the board of cars / phones / laptops that we distributed in the Adrem offices and work points in the country);
  • Good practice guidelines for field teams, with concrete examples of situations in which all occupational safety measures are observed, but also examples of violations of the work protocol or in which the personal protective equipment is used incorrectly;
  • Adrem Ambassadors for Work Safety, employees who by their conduct represent an example for other colleagues in terms of compliance with work rules, prepared inspirational video messages that we transmitted on internal communication channels.

We later invited the families of the employees to join the campaign:

  • We organized the drawing contest “You are a hero for your child!” in which the children of Adrem employees were invited to draw their parents, as they imagine them at work. The drawings were printed in the form of stickers and pasted on the board of Adrem cars. The contest took place online on the Adrem Facebook page to increase the visibility of the action among industry professionals and to call for responsibility and attention;
  • We shared video messages from loved ones who matter to us – inviting our classmates’ children to share their thoughts on Christmas holidays with their parents in Adrem.

Since 2022, we have expanded the campaign so that each of the 18 counties in which we operate benefits from an SSM Ambassador from the local team and who, through the role he has assumed, promotes the wearing of protective equipment and compliance with work rules. Campaigns such as “Your loved ones count on you!”
