Description:
The service is provided for over 1.4 million consumers served by CEZ Distributie – household consumers and small economic agents – in the counties of Arges, Valcea, Gorj, Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt and Teleorman.
The reading process is divided into three sub-processes:
1. activity planning
2. meter reading, identification and recording of the anomalies
3. data processing
Meter reading is carried out based on a reading plan, set at the beginning of each year based on the group of clients in the related geographical area.
The team in charge of meter readings consists of 200 employees, organised in 7 regional centers.
