  • Education: Completed higher economic studies;
  • Specialization in accounting, finance or related fields;
  • CECCAR certification – is an advantage;
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial-accounting field;

Knowledge and skills:

  • Relevant experience in a coordination/accounting management role;
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and tax legislation;
  • Experience in dealing with auditors and tax authorities;
  • Experience in using ERP systems;
  • Leadership and team coordination;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Job description:

  • Coordinates the activity of the accounting team according to the approved organizational structure;
  • Distributes responsibilities and monitors compliance with deadlines;
  • Provides support and feedback to the accounting team;
  • Coordinates and verifies the accounting registration processes;
  • Ensures accounting reconciliation and validation of balances;
  • Coordinates monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing processes;
  • Ensures the preparation of financial statements and statutory reports;
  • Coordinates the preparation and submission of tax returns;
  • Manages the relationship with tax authorities and auditors;
  • Monitors compliance with financial and accounting procedures;
  • Identifies risks and proposes corrective measures;
  • It contributes to the optimization of ERP flows and the standardization of processes.
