The first ISO 9001 certification within the Group was obtained in 2000, and the experience accumulated over 25 years reflects our constant commitment to quality, performance, and continuous improvement, for the benefit of our clients and partners.
Environmental management
Environmental protection is a permanent commitment of Adrem Group. By implementing and maintaining the requirements of Environmental Management according to the ISO 14001 standard, we manage the impact of our activities on the environment, comply with conformity obligations, and support sustainable development.
Our management system promotes pollution prevention, responsible resource use, continuous improvement of environmental performance, and the integration of climate change considerations.
The first ISO 14001 certification within the Group was obtained in 2007, and the experience accumulated over 18 years reflects our constant commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development.
Occupational health and safety management
Occupational health and safety is a permanent priority within Adrem Group. By implementing and maintaining the requirements of Occupational Health and Safety Management according to the ISO 45001 standard, we identify, evaluate, and manage risks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, in accordance with legal requirements and other applicable obligations.
Our management system promotes an organizational culture based on prevention, worker participation and consultation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety performance, contributing to the protection of our employees, collaborators, and partners.
The Group’s commitment to occupational health and safety dates back to 2010, with the initial OHSAS 18001 certification, a system subsequently aligned with the ISO 45001 standard. The accumulated experience reflects our constant concern for protecting people and developing a strong culture of prevention.
Information Security Management
Protecting information is an essential commitment of Adrem Group. By implementing and maintaining the requirements of Information Security Management according to the ISO 27001 standard, we manage risks associated with information and IT resources, ensuring their confidentiality, integrity, and availability, as well as business continuity.
Our management system is based on risk assessment, security incident management, and continuous improvement of protection measures, contributing to strengthening the trust of clients, partners, and other interested parties.
The first ISO 27001 certification within the Group was obtained in 2015, and the accumulated experience reflects our constant commitment to protecting information, operational resilience, and the continuity of the services we provide.
Energy management
Responsible energy management is a commitment of Adrem Group for sustainable development and operational performance. By implementing and maintaining the requirements of Energy Management according to the ISO 50001 standard, we continuously improve energy performance and efficiency, responsibly manage energy use and consumption, and comply with legal and other applicable requirements.
Our management system is based on monitoring and analyzing energy performance, setting energy objectives and targets, identifying improvement opportunities, and continuously optimizing processes, contributing to efficient energy use, reducing environmental impact, and supporting sustainable development.
The ISO 50001 certification, obtained in 2025, reflects Adrem Group’s commitment to efficient energy management, continuous improvement of energy performance, and the development of sustainable solutions, for the benefit of clients, partners, and the community.
Structure of the documentation
Adrem Group’s Integrated Management System is supported by a documented structure, hierarchically organized to ensure the consistent implementation of policies, objectives, and processes across all Group companies. This establishes clear responsibilities, ensures controlled execution of activities, and contributes to compliance with international standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The documentation structure is organized into hierarchical levels, each with a well-defined role in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. Together, these levels ensure documentation coherence, information traceability, and consistent application of processes at the Group level.
By periodically reviewing and updating the documentation, Adrem Group ensures the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System, adaptation to evolving activities, change management, and conformity with the implemented ISO standards.
