Adrem started as a family business with 100% Romanian capital, 34 years ago. Since then, we have built lasting relationships with over 6,200 local partners, an extensive portfolio of solutions and services, solid skills in energy infrastructure, automation, digitalization, as well as complex EPC and energy efficiency projects for B2C customers.

Management Team
Corneliu Bodea
CEO Adrem, one of the most important Romanian entrepreneurial groups in the field of energy services. Engineer by training, with advanced management studies, an MBA from the Open University in the UK and Board Directors’ Programme of Henley Business School, he is recognized for his strategic vision and the promotion of innovation and sustainability in the energy sector. Since 2014, he has held the position of President of the Romanian Energy Center (CRE), actively contributing to the development of the energy industry and the entrepreneurial environment in Romania.
Cătălin Grama
Over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He coordinates the operational activity of the Adrem group, ensuring the integration and streamlining of internal processes in line with the company’s development strategy. Engineer by training, with advanced management studies, he is recognized for his ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
Andrei Berechet
Over 20 years in the Adrem team. He coordinates the commercial strategy, the development of the service portfolio and the relationships with customers and strategic partners. He has a solid experience in the energy industry, with a focus on emerging technologies, especially Smart Grids and digitalization. He is involved in complex projects, with added value for customers.
Mihaela Melenciuc
With over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and with a solid expertise in team development, talent management and defining strategies in the field, she is oriented towards creating a high-performance and sustainable work environment. She also actively contributes to organizational development and to the consolidation of the company’s organizational culture.
Simona Andron
Over 20 years of experience in marketing, communication and organizational development, of which the last 15 years at Adrem. He coordinates brand strategies, sustainability, integrated management and governance, as well as internal and external communication activities, contributing to the consolidation of the reputation and the long-term development of the group.
Marian Mârzac
Acts as a strategic partner for the executive team, ensuring the transformation of the company’s vision into an operational reality. Coordinates major strategic projects and ensures that the company’s objectives are achieved. Has experience in optimizing internal processes and streamlining governance mechanisms, clarifying responsibilities at the leadership level. Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration and improvement of decision-making flows, supporting an agile operating model, oriented towards performance and sustainable results.
Iulian Bogdan
He leads the financial-accounting function of the Adrem Group, ensuring the optimal financing of operations and cash flow management, and coordinates budgeting processes, performance analysis and consolidation of financial reporting at group level. With over 20 years of experience in finance and controlling, he has led complex financing/refinancing projects, the implementation of a core information system and the development of BI systems. He pays special attention to the development of the financial-accounting team, which he builds as an active partner of the business lines. Passionate about technology, he actively explores how artificial intelligence transforms the financial function.
Alina Alexe
Coordinates the legal function at a strategic level, ensuring the alignment of legal initiatives with the company’s business objectives. Has solid experience in legal risk management and optimization of internal processes, contributing to strengthening the legal compliance framework and streamlining the decision-making process at the executive level. By facilitating collaboration between departments and providing proactive legal advice, he supports a stable and agile operational environment.
Luminița Giurcă
Over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investments and strategy, with a solid track record in private equity and multi-sector portfolio management. Key role in defining and implementing corporate development directions, supporting the consolidation and expansion of the business, as well as aligning strategic initiatives with the company’s long-term objectives.
