Description: SCADA/DMS System for the MV distribution network of FDEE Transilvania Sud (LEA and LES), developed in successive stages and ongoing.
Functionalities:
– The remote control of approx. 1550 reclosers and SF6 outdoor switch disconnectors for LEA;
– PA and PT remote control from the urban distribution network (approx. 200 locations);
– IED integration (protection relays, RTUs) from various manufacturers: IDS, ABB, Siemens, Telvent, Bristol Babcock, Schneider Electric, ION etc.;
– Multiple communication protocols: IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, IEC 61850, Modbus RTU/TCP;
– Topology processing of the entire MV network (including non-remote items).
Dispatch Centers: 6 local dispatch centers with redundant (FEC) communication servers, central server on FDEE level for DMS applications
